Golf Tips To Help Improve Your Game

By Nathan Attaola

You have probably heard many complain that gold is a simple-minded and boring game which only has you swinging at the ball, but if you are reading this you know that is not the case. Gold requires much care and vigorous calculating in order. If you are looking to improve your style, here are a few golf tips which may help.

First of all, you need to work on your stance. Your hands should be four inches away from your thighs. You should bend forward only from the hips until you get a roughly 33 degree angle. Remember to not bend your knees and keep your chin up. For a rough estimate, the ball should be aligned with the logo of your shirt. If you want to go for a drive, place most of your weight on your right foot.

Once you have your stance worked out, be sure to get a good grip. Grip with your fingers instead of your palms, and do not squeeze too tightly. Having your grip pressure to low can also harm the swing, so practice until you grip is just right.

When swinging do it right by going through the ball and not at it. Always have your eyes fixed on the ball till it flies. Most people tend to look up at their trajectory while hitting and it should be avoided because it is a mistake.

To achieve a long distance hit, keep the stance wide as you hit the ball and look out for your toes Put light pressure on a strong grip, also as you swing back do not lift the foot and as you do the down swing accelerate.

There are many other unwritten rules to playing golf properly; these are just the basic golf tips to get you started. Be sure to always pay attention to every single aspect and body part so as to learn which goes best in what situation. After you get the hang of it, ask your friends to practice with you; after all, doing it alone is no fun. Ask them about their own methods and learn from their ways, until you can shape up your own.
