I don't get the chance to travel to other countries nearly as much as I'd like. It can be very expensive, both in time and money, but I do try to see other places any time that I have the opportunity. It can really open your eyes to see other cultures compared to your own.
I've made it a goal in my life to visit as many countries as I can, and I plan on continuing to learn about new places for as long as I can. Out of all the countries I've seen, however, one of them stands out as a truly exciting and interesting place.
Two years ago, I took a trip to Spain. It ended up being the best trip I've ever taken, and Spain became my new favorite country of all the ones I've traveled to.
Spain is a beautiful country located in Southern Europe. Its culture is very unique, and you won't find it anywhere else in the world. There are a lot of things that make Spain a very interesting place; here are just a few of them.
The country borders the sea on its South and East boundaries, with the Mediterranean Sea taking up the entire Eastern coast. There are beautiful beaches all up and down the coast, along with port cities such as Valencia and Barcelona.
The Costa del Sol is the Southern cost of Spain, and it's the home of many beautiful resort cities. Marbella is one such resort town, offering many places for tourists to stay and enjoy the beach.
Though the beaches were incredible, my favorite part of Spain is still Madrid. Fusing the convenience of a modern city with traditional Spanish culture, the city offers a very authentic representation of the Spanish experience.
You'll always find something to do in Madrid, whether you're enjoying the local restaurants and shopping centers, or you're going out to be a part of the city's exciting nightlife.
I could write tons more about the beautiful country of Spain, and I plan on doing it in the future. In the meantime, if you have a chance to visit the country, take it - you won't regret it!
